Thanks to the funding received from the Ontario Trillium Foundation, the Department of Canadian Heritage, and the Haliburton County Development Corporation, the Board of the Rails End Gallery is actively engaged in a comprehensive strategic planning process to set new directions for Rails End as we move into the future.

With the assistance of our consultants, Janis Barlow and Jenny Ginder (from one of North America's most respected arts consulting firms - Janis A. Barlow and Associates), we have been conducting interviews and surveys of our stakeholders, and examining perceptions of community needs.

Thanks to everyone who has provided their input and feedback throughout our planning process. Your suggestions, advice and wisdom are greatly appreciated and have been invaluable to the Board as we work to set the organization on solid footing. This consultative process has resulted in a new strategic profile for Rails End Gallery.
